Before the lockdown, Jason toured North America visiting clients and spent some time with Bob and Nancy Schultze at their store Globe Design and Vision in Holland, Michigan.
Photographer and videographer Jon Lundstrum of Junebug Photography helped create a series of video interviews and here is the second where Bob and Jason discuss the future of optical retail. This was recorded just before the pandemic so it is interesting to see whether the conversation would be the same today…..what do you think?
